Meet your Club Treasurer
✨ New
- Club Treasurer — every club now has a dedicated treasurer for the money side of things. Setting up fees, recording payments, approving expenses, and paying back reimbursements all belong to your treasurer. Assign or change who it is any time under Settings → Permissions on the web app — and don’t worry, your club already has one assigned automatically.
- Expense settlement, done properly — when an expense is approved, the treasurer now chooses exactly how it’s settled: counted against the player’s dues, paid from the club balance, or left as a reimbursement to pay back later. A reconciliation panel on every expense shows where the money went.
- A full activity trail on every expense — created, approved, settled, changed, or voided: every step is recorded with who did it and when. And if an approved expense was a mistake, the treasurer can now void it — any credits it applied are reversed automatically and it stays on record in its own Voided tab.
- Waive a player’s dues — sometimes a fee just doesn’t apply. Treasurers can now waive a player’s dues (and undo the waiver later) right from Fees & Payments.
- Club ownership transfer — handing the club over? You can now transfer club ownership to another manager in a safe, guided way.

- Find who to pay back, faster — Fees & Payments now has a quick filter for To reimburse, Waived, and Reimbursed, a one-tap shortcut from the Reimbursable tile, and the players you owe most appear first. Total Paid also shows how much came from cash, expense credits, and waivers.
- Mis-recorded a payment? Fixable. — the treasurer can now delete a mis-keyed cash payment, and totals recompute on their own.
- Leftover expense credit finds the next fee — when a player’s approved expense was worth more than they owed, the extra now applies automatically as soon as a new fee is added, instead of sitting unused.
